Wellness and aesthetic concerns are often interconnected and influenced by:

• Hormonal shifts across all life stages:

• Menstrual cycle fluctuations (follicular and luteal phases)

• Evolving changes throughout your 20’s and 30’s.

  • In the 20’s, hormones are typically at their peak and more stable, though some experience a “second puberty” with acne, hair changes, and shifting PMS patterns as cycles regulate and the HPO axis matures. Fertility is at its highest during this time.

  • In the 30’s, progesterone levels may begin to decline, estrogen can become less consistent, and cycles may shift in length, flow, and symptoms.

• These changes can influence mood, stress response, skin, and overall well-being.

• Conditions such as PCOS, endometriosis, and other endocrine or reproductive disorders further impact hormonal balance.

• Stress physiology and cortisol dysregulation

• Depression and anxiety

• Sleep disturbance and circadian imbalance

• Trauma history and nervous system dysregulation

• Autoimmune and inflammatory conditions

Care is never isolated from whole-person health.

Clinical training is grounded in advanced education across:

Following board certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner, continued advancement will include Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner certification to further integrate comprehensive mental health care.
